Kiwi Coco Dream Smoothie

Kiwi Coco Dream Smoothie makes its debut for just being downright delicious!  From the very first taste, of course, delightful is the word that best describes this drink.  Clearly, this smoothie can be considered a dessert in a glass.  Who wouldn’t want a cool refreshing smoothie on a hot summer day? Well, the Kiwi Coco Dream Smoothie is sure to quench your thirst.

This gorgeous smoothie first started as an idea as I stood in the produce section of my local grocer.  Kiwi was on sale for ten for a dollar.  What a deal?  In fact, I had never seen kiwi priced so low.  As a result, all I could think of was what a bargain!

Naturally, as I stood there, I was thinking what can I make with kiwi?  One of the things that came to mind right away was a smoothie for starters.  So, that’s how Kiwi Coco Dream Smoothie was first created.  They started as a dream, and boy what a delicious dream.

The Ingredients Needed to Make the Kiwi Coco Dream Smoothie

The five ingredients needed to make this smoothie are:

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped (optional-2 slices for garnish)
  • 2 oz. coconut milk
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

If you have a blender you are in business.  Simply put all of the ingredients in a blender.  Next, mix for a minute or less until smooth.  Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with the reserved sliced kiwi slices.

Ingredients
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped (optional-2 slices for garnish)
  • 2 oz. coconut milk

Instructions
  1. Reserving two slices of kiwi for the garnish, combine all ingredients in a blender. Next blend until smooth for less than a minute. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with the reserved slice kiwi.
