Game Day Cheesy Bean Dip

That easy game day snack that is fun to eat and taste so good. The perfect appetizer for any family event.
Ingredients
  • 2 16-ounce cans refried beans
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 packages taco seasoning
  • 8 drops hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (sharp, medium, or mild)
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, hot sauce, ¾ of the cheddar cheese, and ¾ of the Monterey Jack cheese together.
  3. Pour the dip in a medium-size ovenproof baking dish, then sprinkle the game day cheesy bean dip with the remaining Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the dip is heated through and through and the cheese on top has melted.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
