Rosemary Pan Seared Salmon

- 4-6 ounces salmon filets, about 1-inch thick
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 4 sprigs of Rosemary
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Lightly salt and pepper salmon filets.
- Place butter and oil into skillet.
- Heat skillet and oil over medium.
- Gently place fillets into the skillet.
- Place a sprig of Rosemary on top of each fish filet.
- Occasionally spooning hot oil over the top of fish to season fish with rosemary butter and oil.
- Grill fish until medium-well for 5 minutes on one side.
- Finish cooking in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cook your fish for less time if you like your salmon medium-rare.
