Rosemary Pan Seared Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4-6 ounces salmon filets, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 sprigs of Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  2. Lightly salt and pepper salmon filets.
  3. Place butter and oil into skillet.
  4. Heat skillet and oil over medium.
  5. Gently place fillets into the skillet.
  6. Place a sprig of Rosemary on top of each fish filet.
  7. Occasionally spooning hot oil over the top of fish to season fish with rosemary butter and oil.
  8. Grill fish until medium-well for 5 minutes on one side.
  9. Finish cooking in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. Cook your fish for less time if you like your salmon medium-rare.
