I can think of know better way to beat the heat than with tropical kiwi mango raspberry popsicles. They are such a satisfying treat that's sure to quench that sugar craving.
Ingredients
  • 10 mold popsicle container
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwi, sliced thin ( depends on the number of popsicle molds)
  • ½ cup chopped mango
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 10 popsicle sticks
Instructions
  1. Evenly arrange raspberries, kiwi, and mango in molds.
  2. Pour juice evenly into molds.
  3. Insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each popsicle.
  4. Place the popsicle cover over each of the sticks cover the top of the popsicle mold. Use foil to cover the tops of your popsicles if you don't have a cover. The covering is to prevent icicles from forming.
  5. Freeze 8 hours or until firm.
Unmolding popsicles once they are frozen:
  1. Remove the cover from the popsicle mold.
  2. Fill your sink with cold water (warm water will cause the popsicles to melt too quickly).
  3. Dip the mold for five seconds, then wiggle the bottom, and the sticks. Repeat until the popsicles began to loosen from the sides. Gently remove each popsicle from the mold.
  4. Immediately place the popsicles on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet and return to the freezer. Allow the popsicles to sit in the freezer for 10 minutes to become firm. Enjoy!
