A wonderfully refreshing drink that is ideal for a spirit lifter.
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
½ cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons agave
1 cup sliced mango pieces
½ teaspoon coconut extract
⅔ cup fresh pineapple cubes
1 peeled kiwi
1sliced fresh banana
CHIA GELATIN
1½ tablespoons
½ cup water
Instructions
In a glass pour the water into the glass along with the chia seeds. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
SMOOTH: Tropical Chia Mango Smoothie
Pour the milk into a blender add fruits, agave, coconut extract, ice cubes and chia gelatin process until blended.
CHUNKY: Tropical Chia Mango Smoothie
Pour the milk into a blender add fruits, agave, coconut extract, and ice cubes process until blended. Add the chia gelatin to the smoothie after stir for a chunky smoothie.
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses, add straws, and serve at once.
