Pan-Grilled Mahi Mahi

A mild white fish with a pleasant taste. It pairs well with vegetables or citrus.
Ingredients
  • 4 Mahi fresh fish steaks
  • Spray oil for grill pan or skillet (1 tablespoon vegetable oil for skillet)
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • ½ lemon
Instructions
  1. Salt and pepper the Mahi
  2. Spray the grill pan with vegetable spray or place one tablespoon vegetable oil into the skillet.
  3. Heat the grill pan.
  4. Place the Mahi onto the grill pan cook one side of the fish for 3 minutes. Turn the fish with tongs without perching the flesh and grill for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the fish from the heat allowing the fish to rest for 5 minutes for juices to recirculate throughout the fish.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the Mahi and serve.
