½ ounce simple syrup (1 part water and 1 part sugar made ahead of time)
1½ ounce bourbon
½ ounce lemon juice
1-ounce pomegranate juice
½ ounce grenadine syrup
Garnish with cranberry ice cubes and sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
Mix bourbon, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, grenadine syrup, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker or small pitcher. Serve over Cranberry ice cubes or cracked ice. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
SIMPLE SUGAR: In a small pan heat and stir 1 part sugar and 1 part water until thoroughly combined. Make enough for later use. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Place water and cranberries into decorative molds and freeze for ice garnish. Store in the freezer. These can be made days in advance.
