The perfect appetizer that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser is the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Dip. Filled with loads of seasoned chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce is a simple dip that your family is sure to love.
Ingredients
Cooked Chicken
  • Two large chicken breasts (boiled and shredded into small pieces)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Garlic herb
Filling
  • 2 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
  • 3 oz. blue cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup hot sauce or Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
Cooked Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a saucepan with 3 cups of chicken broth or water.
  2. Add the black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, garlic herb (optional), or salt for taste.
  3. Cook the chicken in the broth with the spices for twenty-five to thirty minutes until done.
  4. Allow the chicken to cool, then shred the chicken into small strips. Set aside
Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth in a bowl.
  3. Next, fold the blue cheese crumbles into the mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 9"-inch X 9"-inch square baking dish.
  5. Next, combine the chicken, hot sauce, and 1 cup cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the dip.
  7. Bake the dip for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Serve the Loaded Buffalo Dip with your favorite veggies and crackers. Enjoy!
