Bring a bit more flavor by adding ¼ cup chicken broth/water which helps to steam the Brussel Sprouts for added tenderness. Cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Next, add the bacon back into the skillet and thoroughly incorporate the bacon into the Brussel Sprouts.
Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar into the pan. Toss evenly throughout. Remove from the heat. Garnish with pomegranate seeds (optional). Enoy!!!
