Cheesy Taco Dip

I’m so excited I just discovered this quick and easy tangy recipe for a cheesy taco dip.  While flipping through a food magazine I saw a recipe for a taco dip that looked really delicious.  You can never have too many easy dip recipes on hand.  The ingredients needed for the dip are all staple products I have in my pantry.

I put the recipe in file thirteen in my mind to be used at a later date.  I got to use the recipe sooner rather than later.  A friend stopped by and I remembered the recipe for the taco dip.  Our drink of choice for the evening was margaritas.  The cheesy taco dip would pair perfectly with the margaritas.

This recipe is easy peasy.  A few simple ingredients and we were dipping and drinking. It’s always good to have that tried and true recipe on hand that you can have prepared in a minute notice when friends stop by unexpectedly.  Well, the Cheesy Taco Dip would be the dish. This dish would have you thinking you were vacationing south of the border in Mexico.
